Individual Membership
Adults and youth age 12 and up

There are three levels of membership; just choose how many classes each week you'd like to participate in (1, 2, or unlimited):

Bronze: 1 class/wk = $49 paid monthly or $497 annually

Silver: 2 classes/wk = $68 paid monthly or $687 annually

Gold: unlimited classes = $87 paid monthly or $877 annually

Individual Youth Membership
Youth age 11 and under
Youth membership is $400 per year, or $40 per month for ten months of classes (no Youth Project during July & August). We will charge your account either monthly in 12 payments, or annually in one payment (6.25% discount for annual prepayment.)

$33 paid monthly | $375 annually

Family Membership -- 10% Discount
Family means any two people living at the same address, being billed under one account. To join as a family you must first purchase the individual memberships you need. Then send an e-mail to members@bushmango.com and request your family discount of 10%. We will then adjust your account for the following months.

If more than one person is joining, or you are signing up your child, write their name(s) in the comments box. This box appears at the bottom of the order form, which will be presented when you check out.

Terms of Membership

In consideration of the services provided to me by Hendrick Dance Project (HDP) & Bush Mango Drum and Dance, I hereby authorize HDP's billing agent, Metaview Communications (Blair Hornbuckle’s company), to debit my checking account or credit card for the amount selected below. I acknowledge that this transaction must comply with U.S. laws and regulations.

This authorization is to remain in full force and effect for this transaction, or on a recurring basis, to keep my membership in good standing. The debit/debits to my account, authorized by me, may post only on or after the effective date of this transaction (today) on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Membership may begin at anytime, and is good for one full month, or one full year. My membership will be automatically renewed until I decide to cancel. At that time I may revoke this authorization only by contacting HDP directly at 585-235-3960 or via e-mail at members@bushmango.com, in accordance with HDP’s cancellation policy, in effect the date this authorization is granted.
